Mr. Levon Stokes, 84, a resident of 71 Short St., Washington, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John Church of Christ. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday at St. John Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington.
