Mr. Jacob “Jake” Zwaal, 86, a resident of River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Washington, died Friday, Jan. 20, 2012.

A celebration of his life will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Terra Ceia Christian Reformed Church in Pantego with the Rev. David Weemhof officiating.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hillside Funeral Service and other times at the home. Entombment will follow at Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
