Pamlico People – Courson joins law firm

J. Zachary Courson has joined the law firm, Sundahl, Powers, Kapp, and Martin, LLC in Cheyenne, Wyo. Courson, son of Reid and Janet Courson, grew up on the banks of the Pamlico River in Washington.
Following his graduation from N.C. State University, Courson served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Zambia. After returning stateside, he moved west to study at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, he served as comments editor on the executive board of the Denver University Law Review. His work has been published in the Denver University Law Review and the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. Additionally, Courson received recognition for his contributions to the textbooks, Privacy Law in a Nutshell and Internet and Computer Law.
Courson is admitted to practice in New York and Wyoming.
