Mr. Franklin Allen Scearce, 68, of 15909 N.C. Highway 125, Oak City died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville. A memorial service with Masonic rites will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
