Mrs. Mary E. Spencer of 804 Van Norden St., Washington, died Friday, Jan 20, 2012, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Washington. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday, at Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. today.
