Mr. James W. Moore of 108 Sandy Lane, Washington died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Beaufort County Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the home of Thurman and Joyce Moore, 1300 Van Norden St., Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
