David Dean Sorenson, 62, of Aurora, died, Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his father, Nathan Sorenson and mother, Mary G. Litchfield.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Sorenson; daughters, Christina S. Henries and husband, Vance of Aurora, Lisa S. Price and husband, Jeff of Greenville; and grandchildren, Andrea Henries of Aurora, Jason Price and Kara Price, both of Greenville.
A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, February 25, at White Hill Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that memorial contributions be made to Leo Jenkins Cancer Center, 600 Moye Blvd., Greenville, NC 27834, or White Hill Free Will Baptist Church, PO Box 519, Aurora, NC 27806.
