Mr. William Carter, husband of Bessie McCloud Carter, and formerly of Pantego, N.C., died at Freeport, New York, on February 16, 2010.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Uniondale, New York.
The John N. Moore Funeral Home, Roosevelt, N.Y., served the family.
