If at a public meeting the person who gives the opening prayer is ashamed to name the deity to whom they pray, how can they expect the prayer to be heard?

(Freedom) for Friends, I’m more than willing to donate my time and some money, but I don’t have a computer. I need an address or a name and a number.

To the person who said let’s update the comic page, I think they’ve got a point there. I think the Daily News should bring back the Yellow Kid, Barney Google, Mutt and Jeff and a few others that are now really up to date.

About changing the comics in the Washington Daily News, I suggest you do your best to restore Barney Google and Sparkplug.
