Oliver Richard Kappen

Mr. Oliver Richard Kappen, age 76, a resident of Chocowinity, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at Rivertrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A candlelight service in Mr. Kappen’s memory will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his special friends, Joyce Frederick and Philis Gross of Chocowinity, who were his family

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Oliver Kappen Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 1465, Washington, NC  27889.
