Mrs. Thelma O’Neal Bell, 85, a resident of 361 N.C. Highway 99 North, Pantego, died Sunday, April 4, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Beaufort County Alumni Building, Swamp Road, Pantego. The family will receive friends from noon until 7 p.m. today at Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington, which is in charge of arrangements, and other times at the home.
