Mr. Walter Robert Biggs, 96, a resident of Williamston, died Sunday, April 18, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Back Swamp Church of Christ, with pastor Derrick L. Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Manson Mortuary, Williamston. Arrangements are by Manson Mortuary.
