Mrs. Virginia “Miss Cassie” Gibbs Canady died Thursday, April 22, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Holly Grove Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Sidney community, Belhaven with Elder Johnson Hazel officiating. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington and Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
