Mr. Lacy Jackson, 79, a resident of Windsor, died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at Vidant Health Center, Greenville. A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, with the Revs. Jim Cox and J.N. Baggett officiating. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home.
