BCCC’s Business and Industry Services is offering a seminar to help business owners generate more revenue for their businesses through expanding their customer base. The seminar, Know the True Lifetime Value of Your Customers, will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. March 6 in Room 830 of Building 8 on the BCCC campus.

At this seminar, participants will learn the four basic ways of generating customers and how they can convert their customers into a sales force through positive word-of-mouth advertising, among other topics.

The instructor for the seminar is Brian Kennedy, a speaker and coach who has worked with small businesses for more than 10 years. All attendees will be provided with access to free copies of two success classics, “As a Man Thinketh,” by James Allen, and “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill.

The seminar is cosponsored by the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. It is offered free of charge, but preregistration is encouraged to ensure placement.
