Miss Constance V. Sutton, 54, of 143 Old County Road, Belhaven, died at home. A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday in White Plains Ministries Church with the Rev. Dr. Douglas Codgell officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of Veronica Palmer, 681 Croatan St., Belhaven. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
