Rosie Lilley Smith earned the Top Gun Award. This award is presented to the Realtor that led the office in residential sales and listings. Atkins stated, “This is quite an accomplishment for Rosie. She was the top-producing Realtor in the entire Three Rivers Multiple Listing Service. Rosie is a consistent multi-million dollar producer.”

The President’s Award was presented to Dave Rencsok. This award is presented to the Realtor with the highest percentage increase in sales and listing volume for the year in residential real estate. “Dave had a great year with more than $3.8 million in sales volume. Dave is a top producer and we are fortunate to have him on our sales team,” stated Atkins.

Tim Mordecai was presented with the High Cotton Ward. This award is given to the Realtor in the company’s farm and timberland division with the highest sales production. Atkins stated, “We feel that Tim’s knowledge of our area’s farms, timber and recreational tracts adds an important diversity to our company.”

The Rookie of the Year Award was presented to Jarma Khoury. This award is based on the highest sales and listing volume in residential real estate for a new sales associate. Atkins stated, “Jarma has had a great year achieving the highest sales volume of any new associate within the company. She hit the ground running from day one and has a high energy level. We are very proud of her accomplishments.”
