Mrs. Ruth Evelyn Brown Bland, 77, a resident of 250 Lovers Lane, Britthaven of Washington, died Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Oakdale Cemetery, Washington. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hillside Funeral Service, which is in charge of arrangements.
