Lillian Taylor-Jones, 67, a resident of 989 Old U.S. Highway 64 East, Roper, died Friday, March 9, 2012, at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, Tarboro. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. tonight at Greater Victory Temple Church, Roper. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday at Frost Community Prayer House Church, Huger, S.C. Burial will follow in Frost Cemetery. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper, and Scott Mortuary Inc., Monck’s Corner, S.C.
