Mr. Thomas Earl Spencer Sr., 73, of 508 E. Green St., Robersonville and 7112 Terra Ceia Road, Pantego died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Roberson Missionary Baptist Church, Robersonville. The family will receive friends at the Robersonville residence. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
