Mr. Robert Earl Bland, 71, a resident of 2801 Airport Road, Williamston, died Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, at Martin General Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Everetts Christian Church with Dr. James Hagwood and Tommy Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Biggs Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements, and other times at the home.
