Mrs. Ella Mae Spencer Barrow, a resident of Garden of Pamlico, and formerly of Aurora, died Monday, Aug. 30, 2010, at Garden of Memory in Grantsboro. The family will receive friends at the home of her granddaughter, Lela Watson, 121 Willis Road, Aurora. Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
