Ms. Karen Lee Waters, age 59, a resident of Autumnfield of Belhaven died Tuesday, September 14, 2010.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Oakdale Cemetery and will be conducted by Rev. Curtis White.
Ms. Waters, daughter of the late Leroy and Claire Tyer Waters and step daughter of Bernice D. Waters was born in Norfolk, Virginia on June 20, 1951. She was employed as an assembler and seamstress with Beaufort County Developmental Center and was a member of Bath Christian Church.
Ms. Waters will lie in state at Paul Funeral Home of Washington on Wednesday and also Thursday until 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Autumnfield of Belhaven, 1345 Seed Tick Neck Rd., Pinetown, NC 27865.
