Master Devonte Nigel Norman, 7, of 1244 Maple St., Washington, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010. The family will receive friends at the home of his maternal grandmother, Elexznor Norman, 210 Cumberland Lane, Plymouth. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
