Ann Barber Briggs, 88, died Monday, March 5, 2007 at Universal Healthcare. Ann was born March 31, 1918 in Warren, Ohio to the late Levi Barber and Mary O’Donnell Barber.
Memorial Service: 10 am, Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 125 S. Selma Road, Wendell, NC 27591.
Surviving: Daughters: Jeanne Hurlbut and husband, Don of Rolesville, Carole Ramsey of Belhaven; Grandchildren: Dawn Mahon, John Schriner, Mark Ramsey, Julie Ramsey, Paul Ramsey, John Ramsey and Scott Ramsey; 11 Great-Grandchildren; Sister: June Soha of Stow, OH; Sister-In-Law: Mary Barber of Tallmadge, OH.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, John William Briggs and a son-in-law, Richard Ramsey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church, 125 S. Selma Road, Wendell, NC 27591.
