Mr. Fred Keyes, 72, of 67 Jasmine Drive, Chocowinity, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Saint John Missionary Baptist Church, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Jessie K. Moore, 875 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
