Ms. Amelia C. Boone, 97, of Plymouth, died Sunday, March 4, 2007, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Rowsom Funeral Home, Edenton, with Elder Boney Hoggard officiating. Burial will follow in Dozier’s Thicket Cemetery, Hertford.
Ms. Boone was born in Washington County on Sept. 16, 1909. She was a retired seamstress.
Survivors include one sister, Ruth G. Drummond of New Jersey.
