Mr. James Leonard Hemby, 72, resident of Britthaven of Pamlico and formerly of 4556 Bonnerton Road, Edward, died Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends at the Bonnerton Road residence. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
