Mrs. Rosa Adams Crick Foster, age 83, a resident of 388 Ralphs Road, Belhaven, NC died Monday October 11, 2010 at the Beaufort County Medical Center.
A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday October 13, 2010 at the Pamlico Beach Community Cemetery at Ryder Hill officiated by Pastor Alan Harmon.
Mrs. Crick was born in Beaufort County on August 30, 1927 daughter of the late Garfield Adams and the late Janie Marie Baynor Adams. She attended Pantego Schools and married Ralph Benjamin Foster on March 16, 1943 who preceded her in death on January 17, 1996. Mrs. Crick worked at Skippy Peanut Butter Plant in Portsmouth, VA and later at Blue Channel Crab Company in Belhaven. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Belhaven.
Survivors include a daughter: Francis F. Bonney of Belhaven; two grandsons: Perry Bonney and his wife Sarah and Brian Bonney and his wife Betsy all of Belhaven; a sister: Marie Davenport of Belhaven; and four great grandchildren: Candace Bonney, Erin Bonney and her husband Phillip, Jennifer Bonney and Rebekah Bonney. Mrs. Crick was preceded in death by a twin sister: Bonita Levidy and a brother: Edmond Buddy Adams.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday October 12, 2010 at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven and at other times at the home of her grandson Perry Bonney located at 296 Ralphs Road, Belhaven, NC.
