Mr. Dallas Frank Coltrain, 74, of Williamston, died Friday, Oct. 15, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Memorial Baptist Church, with the Rev. Robbie Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Tice Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home.
