Mr. Milton Rontaye Satchell, 20, of 7167 Powell Hooks Road, Lucama, died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010. A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Roberson’s Family Cemetery, Wainwright Road, Jamesville. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
