Blount, Cooper lead Vikings past Bruins|Seahwks storm past South Creek

The Vikings Elmer Cooper and Ronnell Blount each scored two touchdowns as the Plymouth rolled past Camden 53-7 on Friday to improve its Four Rivers Conference-leading record to 9-0 (5-0).
Blount tallied 149 rushing yards, while Cooper collected 137. Davonte Bland and Dylan Watts each ran for 103 yards and scored once each, while Akeem Cooper and Cevin Norman both reached the end zone for the Vikings. Plymouth will be back in action on Friday when it hosts Manteo.
Southside 40, South Creek 6
The Seahawks upped their record to 7-2 (3-2) as they rushed past the Cougars 40-6 on Friday. Southside out-rushed South Creek 242-37 in the win. Terrell Moore scored two rushing TDs and Rokeem Miller, Julian Brown, Johnny Pender each had one rushing score. Andrew Jones picked off a pass for a 20-yard TD for Southside, who will be back in action on Friday at home against Riverside.
Riverside 42, Northside 0
The Knights bounced back from their loss last Friday to Plymouth in impressive style as it blanked Northside 42-0 to improve to 7-2, 3-2). Quarterback Luke Mathews had eight carries for 106 yards and two TDs, while RB Quinton Lawrence ran for 153 yards and a score. The Knights as a team racked up 369 rushing yards.
