Mr. Curthue Louis Johnson, 77, of 290 Farmingdale Drive, Matinsville, Va., died at his home on Monday, Jan. 17, 2011. His homegoing service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. and the service beginning at noon at Mountain View Baptist Church, 456 Piney Forest Road, Martinsville, Va., with Reverend Kaven Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the family home. Arrangements are being handled by Johnson &Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 115 Holderby St., Reidsville, NC 27320. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mountain View Baptist Church for the establishment of the Dr. C. L. Johnson College Fund.
