Mrs. Hattie Rae Chambers Wetherington, 73, a resident of the Smallwood Subdivision of Washington, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011, at Lincoln Hills Health Center of New Albany, Ind. A graveside funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Epworth United Methodist Church of Vanceboro officiated by Mrs. Wetherington’s son, Joel H. Wetherington. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and at other times at the home. Paul Funeral Home of Washington is serving the Wetherington family.
