Mr. Leroy Abb Carver, 85, a resident of 303 Magnolia Drive, Washington, died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011, at Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
