A funeral service for Mrs. Jo McGugan Richardson will be held at 1 p.m. today at the First Presbyterian Church in Washington. The family will receive friends after the service at the church. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, at Oak Ridge Cemetery in St. Paul’s. Mrs. Richardson will lie in state until 11 a.m. today at Paul Funeral Home.
