Frank E. “Frankie” Northern, 60, a resident of 927 N. Bridge St., Washington, died Sunday, May 13, 2012. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at W.E. Flanagan Memorial Chapel. Viewing will be from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. today at W.E. Flanagan Memorial Funeral Home, followed by a wake from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Visitation will be at 1025 W. Fifth St., Greenville.
