Mrs. Thelma H. Kirkley, 78, of 609 Wilson St., Washington, died Monday, March 7, 2011. A funeral will be conducted Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Oakdale Cemetery at 11 a.m. Paul Funeral Home and Crematory of Washington is serving the Kirkley Family.
