Atkinson-Lawrence – Engagement

God has led two lives to take one path. Overseer Anthony and Sister Mary Atkinson of Wilson, N.C., and Elder Ronnie Lawrence of Washington, N.C., and Evangelist Jacquelin Lawrence of Pinetown, N.C., are pleased to announce the engagement and wedding of their children, Sister Leticia Yvonne Atkinson and Deacon Ross Anthony Lawrence.
Sister Leticia is the maternal granddaughter of the late Leroy and Mary Marie Crawford Etheridge of Rocky Mount, N.C. Her paternal grandparents are Ms. Pattie Odom Atkinson and the late John A. Atkinson of Pinetops, N.C. She is a graduate of East Carolina University and is a social worker at the Walter B. Jones Rehabilitation Center in Greenville, N.C.
Deacon Ross is the maternal grandson of Mr. Charlie A. Hopkins, Sr. of Washington, N.C., and the late Missionary Mollie Windley Hopkins of Pinetown, N.C. His paternal grandparents are Ms. Mary E. Lawrence and the late Leroy Lawrence of Bath, N.C. He is a graduate of Northside High School and is a Washington, N.C., Wal-Mart associate.
Their wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, the nineteenth of March, two thousand eleven at three o’clock in the afternoon at Christ Presbyterian Church, 4889 Old Tar Road, Winterville, North Carolina.
