Described as “popera with a soul infusion,” Destino will bring its multi-genre performance to the Washington High School Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. April 14.

Destino’s appearance is the last concert of the Beaufort County Concert Association’s current season.

Destino, three upcoming Canadian tenors, has performed its blend of opera, pop, soul and gospel flavorings on stages worldwide. Notably, the trio was featured at the Beijing and Vancouver Olympics, and recently made its Carnegie Hall debut. Joey Niceforo, Terance Reddick and Roy Tan each bring unique talents and experience to the group, ranging from the Boston Conservatory, Radio City Music Hall and Las Vegas showrooms. Tan is the pianist and music arranger for the ensemble. Additionally, Destino’s live performance includes solo violinist Rosemary Siemens.

Now in its 36th season, Beaufort County Concert Association was formed to encourage the appreciation of good music. BCCA is an all-volunteer organization committed to building and maintaining a permanent concert audience for live performance in Beaufort County and to present internationally acclaimed artists at family friendly, affordable prices.
