Beaver Dam Church of Christ presents its sixth-annual drive-through Easter panorama at the church Friday and Saturday nights.

The panorama runs from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. each night. Admission is free. The church is located at 5125 U.S. Highway 264 East, Washington, near Beaufort County Community College.

Linda Alligood, a church spokeswoman, said the presentation of “From the Cradle to the Cross” will include about 80 church members dressed in period costumes to present 10 scenes from the birth, life, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Alligood said the presence of live animals and the use of props, music and scriptures add to the event’s authenticity.

Signs at the beginning of each scene describe what patrons are viewing so it’s easier for them to follow the panorama’s story.
