Mr. William David “Billy” Singleton, 78, a resident of 1421 Slatestone Road, Washington, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Beaver Dam Church of Christ officiated by Tony Krantz. A private committal service will be held at Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Paul Funeral Home in Washington and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
