Mr. Kerry  – J. Alexander, 52, a resident of 468 Gustown Road, Creswell, died Saturday, April 30, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Saint Mary Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Creswell, with the Rev. James Rodgers officiating. Burial will follow at Rhodes Cemetery, Creswell. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Puckett-Purkett Memorial Chapel, Roper. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper.
