The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Chocowinity Police Department from July 14-20:

July 14

• Motor vehicle accident on N.C. Highway 33 West at 4:15 p.m. The driver hit the rear of vehicle yielding to traffic. No injuries were reported.

July 18

• Motor vehicle accident at intersection of N.C. Highway 33 West and Poor Farm Road at 4 p.m. The driver came up on vehicle at light that had just turned green. The driver swerved to the right to avoid wreck and his rearview mirror broke the vehicle’s taillight. No injuries were reported.
• Misdemeanor larceny at Taylor Place Apartments reported at 6:30 p.m. A 16-inch chrome automobile rim was stolen from the bed of a pickup truck.
