Ms. Janet Lee Balzer Respess, 58, a resident of Dan Taylor Road, Washington, died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends at the home of her parents, Richard and Dorothy Balzer, 196 Dan Taylor Road, Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home and Crematory of Washington.
