Essadore Franklin Carter, 66, a resident of 249 Water St., Bath, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at his home. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Mount Zion Free Will Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the home. Visitation is from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, at the chapel. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
