The Beaufort County Democratic Party’s executive committee is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. June 2 in the district courtroom at the Beaufort County Courthouse.

The agenda includes the committee’s consideration of approving the chairman’s recommendations to the Beaufort County Board of Elections, the party having a presence at the July 4 celebration in Belhaven and conducting a nonpartisan voter-registration drive on the Washington waterfront during that city’s July 4 celebration.

The meeting is open to all Democrats and the media.
