WIMCO Corp. was recently awarded the contract for construction of the new Aarons Retail Center on Ehringhaus Road in Elizabeth City. The center will also occupy Firehouse Subs.
Construction has begun on the project with an expected completion date of December, 2012. The contract includes the 8,000 SF Aarons and 2,400 SF of retail space. WIMCO’s project manager is Matt Hill of Greenville. Field superintendent is Todd Biba of Belvidere, N.C.
