Mr. Alton Ray Mobley, 56, a resident of 1786 Carolina Ave., Washington, died Monday, May 23, 2011. A memorial service will be conducted at 5 p.m. Sunday at St. John Missionary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the home.
