Mr. Ronald Earl Dixon, 49, of 52 Trail North, Washington, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bethel Chapel Ministries Church, Washington, with the Rev. Annie Whitehead officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore family cemetery on U.S. Highway 17 North.
Mr. Dixon was born on Nov. 17, 1958 in Beaufort County. He was the son of the late Anna Moore Dixon Allen and Joseph Dixon Sr. He attended the Beaufort County schools. He was employed in building construction.
Survivors include one daughter, Lataya Purvis of Washington; two sons, Ronald Earl Holly of New York and Ronald Cardell Purvis of Washington; two sisters, Argie “Rita” Marie Moore and Jeanetta V. Dixon, both of Washington; and two brothers, Joseph Dixon Jr. of Warpahu, Hawaii and Ryan Dixon of Washington.
The family will receive friends at the home.
Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
